Monday Swing: September 2026
$40.00

Monday Swing is a community hub for working on swing dance, relating more deeply to the music, and growing connections with other dancers.

Please note: there are only THREE weeks of Monday Swing in September, as we have no dance on Labor Day 9/7.

This pass is good for the lesson + dance for the month of September — $45 value!

Presale is available through September 14!

Talk Charleston to Me!

Charleston is Lindy Hop's flirtier, faster-footed sibling — and this September we're digging in. Over the series we'll sharpen the key components that make Charleston feel good: quick, confident footwork, playful rhythm and timing, connection that holds up at speed, and the musicality to make it all feel like a conversation with the music (and your partner). Bring your energy — this one's fast, fun, and a little bit cheeky. See you on the dance floor!

Monday Swing is equal parts social dance and practicum space. We feature a variety of local DJs to play curated sets of great music.

There is a lesson from 7-8 PM intended for dancers who are ready for a new challenge (typically NOT appropriate for folks who are brand new to the dance). Monday lessons are organized in a 4-5 week series with the topics developed by the teachers. Past topics have included: Jamming and Musicality, Conversational Lindy Hop, The Big Apple, Switch Dancing, and Intro to Balboa.

All Monday Swing dances embrace Practicum etiquette—people are there to work on things and help each other! This is a peer-led effort, although dancers of many levels of experience come out. It’s appropriate for all levels and any degree of “seriousness” about swing dance.

You can come to social dance, chat with friends, work out a new move, practice a routine, re-hash what you learned in the lesson, and be available to help others work on their dancing.
