Calling all lindy hoppers, balboa-heads, charleston nuts, and shag enthusiasts! Come on out to Portland's longest-running swing dance, bringing you fantastic live jazz music on Norse Hall's magnificent floor.

Steve Cleveland (Piano) and Russell Gores (Guitar, voice) always wanted a band that could swing, play blues and jazz, and keep it all groovy for dancing.  Inspired by the cool of Nat Cole, the freedom of Lightning Hopkins, and the fire of Django, we set off for a sound reminiscent of a small acoustic band but reinforced with bass and drums.  Enter Patrick Harry on bass and Fred Ingram on Drums.  With the addition of  David Weatherby on Trombone, Marta Oti Sears on Vocals and a wonderful rotation of guest singers, the band sways between slinky blues and tight arrangements.  Linn Street Din
